When we speak of church growth, we aren't just talking about an increase in numbers but members doing what their pastor can do. God's idea of growth is for many more people to have the consciousness that they carry the Holy Ghost and demonstrate his ability. Before the Holy Ghost came, the church was wimpy, immature, undiscerning, and not purposeful but when the Holy Ghost came, they became bold, dedicated, consecrated, mature, and full of discernment. Stop selling yourself short. You have the Holy Ghost: not a little of him about his fullness. You have all that Jesus had when he walked the earth in His day. The question is: What will you do with it??
